Information you give us
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter in the form: name, phone number, ZIP code, the type of cleaning, and any optional details you add such as email address, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, preferred frequency and date, and notes. If you arrived from an online ad or link, we also record the campaign parameters in the page address (for example utm_source or gclid) with your request so we know how you found us. We use this information only to prepare your quote, communicate with you about service and, if you become a client, to schedule and perform cleaning.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to operate and secure the site. Fonts are loaded and served with the site itself. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Quote requests are transmitted to our lead-management and email service providers solely so we can respond to you. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep quote and client records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that use industry-standard safeguards.
