About Walsh Ranch

Walsh, often called Walsh Ranch, is a master-planned community of more than 7,000 acres on the western edge of Fort Worth, roughly twelve minutes from downtown along Interstate 20 and about the same distance from downtown Aledo. It is planned to eventually house tens of thousands of residents, with more than 2,000 acres set aside for open space and a trail network connecting homes to parks, pools, a fitness center and a private lake.

Homes carry an Aledo mailing address and attend Aledo ISD, with Walsh Elementary inside the community. Builders include Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Toll Brothers, David Weekley, Drees Custom Homes, Village Homes, Britton Homes and MK Homes, with homes ranging from townhomes to large custom residences.

The homes we clean in Walsh

Walsh is almost entirely new construction: two-story family homes with open living and kitchen spaces, large black-framed windows, light-colored floors, quartz and marble counters and multiple bathrooms. Townhomes and smaller single-family homes sit alongside custom builds. New homes come with fine builder dust that lingers for months, and the light finishes show smudges and water spots quickly, so we focus on glass, fixtures and floors on every visit.

Common requests

What Walsh homeowners usually ask us for

  • Move-in cleaning before furniture arrives

A one-time detailed clean of a brand-new home: inside cabinets, vents, window tracks, garage entry and every floor, before movers walk through.

  • Weekly or biweekly recurring service

Young families with full calendars are the norm in Walsh. A standing visit keeps light floors and counters looking the way they did at closing.

  • Deep cleaning after the first year

Construction dust keeps settling from ductwork and attic spaces during the first year. A deep cleaning after twelve months resets the home.

  • Townhome cleaning

Shorter visits sized for Walsh townhomes, on a schedule that suits professionals who commute into Fort Worth.

Questions

Walsh Ranch FAQ

All questions

Is Walsh in Aledo or Fort Worth?

Both, in a sense. Walsh lies within the Fort Worth side of the county line but uses an Aledo mailing address and is zoned to Aledo ISD. We serve the entire community regardless of which side of the line a home sits on.

Can you clean before we close on a new Walsh home?

Yes, as long as we can be granted access. Most buyers schedule the move-in cleaning between closing and move-in day so the home is cleaned once the builder crews are finished.

Do you handle light-colored floors and quartz counters properly?

Yes. We use pH-neutral cleaners on stone and engineered floors and avoid abrasive pads on quartz and glass. If your builder or flooring supplier specified a product, we will use it.
