Booking and quotes
How do I get a quote for house cleaning in Aledo?
Use the quote form on the contact page. Tell us your ZIP code, the type of cleaning, the size of your home and how often you want service. We reply with a clear price and available dates before anything is scheduled.
Request a quote →What information do you need to price a cleaning?
Square footage or bedroom and bathroom count, the type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/out), how recently the home was professionally cleaned, pets, and any surfaces that need special care such as marble, wood or brass.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Recurring service has no long-term contract. It continues as long as you want it and can be paused or cancelled with notice.
How far in advance should I book?
Recurring clients hold a fixed slot. For one-time deep cleanings and move-outs, about a week of notice is ideal. Holiday weeks fill early.
Services
What is included in a standard house cleaning?
Kitchen counters, sink, appliance exteriors and microwave interior; bathrooms sanitized including toilets, showers, tubs, vanities and mirrors; dusting of furniture and reachable fixtures; beds made; trash emptied; and all floors vacuumed and mopped.
House cleaning details →What does a deep cleaning add?
Baseboards, door frames and switch plates; ceiling fans, light fixtures and vents; inside the oven; cabinet fronts; grout and tile scrubbing; hard-water removal from glass and fixtures; and cleaning behind and under movable furniture.
Deep cleaning details →Weekly, biweekly or monthly: which is right for my home?
Weekly for large families, several pets or frequent entertaining. Biweekly for most family homes, and the most common choice in Aledo. Monthly for smaller or lightly used homes.
Recurring cleaning →Do you clean new construction homes in Walsh?
Yes. We provide move-in cleaning before furniture arrives and deep cleaning after the first year to remove lingering builder dust.
Walsh Ranch cleaning →What do you not clean?
We do not shampoo carpets, clean exterior windows, pressure wash, remove junk or hazardous materials, or handle laundry and organizing beyond light tidying. Ask if you are unsure; we will tell you plainly.
Your home and our team
Who will be cleaning my home?
Our cleaning teams are made up of trained women who follow a written checklist and a preference sheet specific to your home. We assign the same team to your home whenever possible.
About our team →Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional vacuums, microfiber systems and products suited to stone, wood, stainless and glass. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, leave it out and we will use it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients provide a garage code, lockbox or smart-lock access. Many prefer to be home for the first visit.
Are you comfortable with pets?
Yes. Tell us about your pets and any rooms or gates to keep closed, and we will plan the visit around them.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to correct it. We would rather fix it than have you live with it.
Service area
Which areas do you serve?
Aledo, Walsh Ranch, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Annetta, Annetta North, Annetta South, West Fort Worth and Benbrook. If you are nearby but not listed, ask; we often can help.
All service areas →Do you serve acreage and rural properties?
Yes. Much of our work is on acreage in Aledo and the Annettas. We plan for dust, tracked-in soil and secondary structures such as guest houses.
